FIRST FRIDAY
Open Mic Night and Theatre Appreciation
February 4th 7:00--8:30 at the New Day Studio
February 4th, New Day will kick off our FIRST FRIDAY series. This will be an open mic night where kids can come and perform a song, monologue, poetry reading for an audience of their peers. Enjoy a fun time of hanging our with friends and learning a little about theatre. Performers are limited to the first 10 that sign up and total participants are limited to 30. Cost $5 each. We will begin with Open Mic and then show a theatre movie or exerpt with some discussion. Popcorn will be served. Join us for this fun time with friends. We have a microphone and sound system available.
If you need accompaniment you can bring IPOD or CD.
We also have a piano available.
Bring $5 for admission.
Space is limited to the first 30 that sign up.
